Deskripsi Pekerjaan
In this position, you would use statistical and machine learning methods to help improve collection processes and communication with our clients. You would join a small team with the following responsibilities:
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses as well as regular reports and monitoring of collection processes performance. Provide insight into what is wrong and how to fix it.
- Propose process changes and together with other departments design, implement and pilot these changes. Evaluate A/B tests using hypothesis testing and Bayesian inference.
- Use uplift modeling and other segmentation approaches to choose the best communication channels to contact our clients satisfying cost/benefit constraints. Develop and maintain scorecards used for uplift modeling.
- Automate and improve workflows in Python, SQL, Excel and PowerBI.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Good English both spoken and written.
- A positive relationship with math and statistics.
- Business acumen and understanding of how statistical results relate to the real world.
- Independent thinker who can come up with his own solutions to problems.
- Responsibility for results and being able to check them.
- Good presentation skills and ability to explain analysis results on different levels of expertise.
- A willingness to learn is more important than years of experience.
