Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- To be key IT analyst and support for core back-office & front-office applications
- To understand business processes (preferable from consumer finance or banking business), to talk to business representatives
- To describe new business requirement and improvements
- To perform 2nd and 3rd level application support
- Investigate bugs and simulate incorrect system behavior
- Track and monitor system issues
- Provide application support for business users and internal customers
- Perform software tests
- To cooperate with our international SW provider
- To create, prepare, and maintain system documentation
- Take care of system localization
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- University degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position – IT/system/business analyst, 2nd or 3rd level of application support, functional consultant, or technical consultant
- Understanding of end-to-end business processes
- Analytical mind which is able to process information logically
- Problem solver - ability to identify, track and solve issue
- SQL knowledge is a big plus
- Strong knowledge of IT and ability to learn about new software
- Attention to details
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
