Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Review current process in operations to continuously improve operations performance
- Cooperate with Trainers to design refresher trainings or address gaps in process knowledge or lack of soft skills or system tools knowledge to perform the process with desired quality
- Socialize the process all issued SOP to related stakeholders (internal operations)
- Works with data and reports to asses whether the process is working as expected and identifies issues and cooperates with others to resolve them
- Updates and maintain the operations process list with new and changed process so that all operations process change can be tracked accurately
- Update process documentation in timely manner
- Constantly learn new processes and improve performance on existing processes
- Cooperates with other functions - Risk, IT, Sales, QM, Legal, and others as required to identify any issues in current processes and proposes how to fix them
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Holding bachelor degree with minimum GPA 3,00
- Have 2 years of working experience, preferably from financial service industry
- Have experience in process improvement, training design, working with data and reports,
- Able to collaborate in team and effectively communicate with internal and extertnal team
- Having attention to detail and willingness to learn (and fast to learn new thing, too!)
- Fluent in English is mandatory
