Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Content and Learning Officer ( Having background experience design E- Learning )
- Continually assess process, soft skills and system tools of Operations staff, develop comprehensive learning media, design learning materials and assessments and deliver relevant timely learning media.
- Design & Develop learning media programs in various types: video, infographic, sounds, and any other type by operating multimedia tools
- Design & Develop learning media materials in simple and easy to understand
- Work collaboratively within various roles within Operation Support to ensure the relevance and quality of content and support new processes, products and other changes implementation
- Deliver learning media to requestor as expected in timely manner and with good quality
- Gather feedback from requestor to make improvement in future
- Participate in Project related to Training preparation
- Participate in any engagement activities in Operations
- Sharing knowledge/ideas and active participation in any improvement in the Training team
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements:
- University degree, preferred in Design Communication, Social Science (can be substituted by extensive relevant experience)
- Fluent in English communication
- Proven experience in learning design and development for retail banking, consumer finance, insurance company, call center provider or shared services company (min 1 years)
