Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design, develop and execute comprehensive cross sell, up-sell and retention strategies for existing customers
- Drive profitability improvement by ongoing optimization of LTV parameters for cross-selling products
- Ensure relevant value proposition / communication to existing customer groups /segments
- Tracking of various programs and campaigns profitability (CBA, ROI) and initiate changes for improved performance
- Monitor campaign implementation in the channels and take corrective actions for improved performance
- Initiate Champion /Challenger tests and modify existing set up to increase impact
- Active cooperation with the other CRM areas to achieve sales targets
- Work with all Stakeholders - Risk, Product, Finance, Marketing, IT, Operations, Customer Experience, other CRM teams to drive better customer engagement and profitability
- Manage the team performance
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics / Marketing) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years experience in similar position (CRM, Loyalty, Retention, Direct Marketing, Customer Value Management)
- Prior exposure to CRM / lifecycle management in Financial / Service companies
- Strong analytical skills
- Comfortable with CRM technology
- Good level of English
