Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Execute process documentations across allocated functions following documentation guidelines existing in the organization.
- Own one or more assigned business processes and act as trainer or mentor for the business owners to ensure documentation is standardized.
- Liaison with various functions to support project activities such as end to end process mapping and review documentations.
- Able to identify impacted processes, functions and systems as part of the projects being driven in functions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- University degree (preferred in Business or Industrial Engineering)
- 2+ years’ experience in Business process management.
- Experience from retail banking, consumer finance, insurance company, call center provider or shared services company
- Proficient in English language.
- Experience with presentation to senior management
- Experience in working in multifunctional team
- Knowledge of methods of process mapping and design
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis for people driven processes (non manufacturing processes)
- Microsoft Office (World, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Process design tool (Visio)
