Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct general induction and training for all collection employees.
- On Job Training (nesting), first week after training for new joiners.
- Coaching (training on the job) collection staff.
- Supporting of quality control of collection staff.
- Develop and initiate refresher materials that need to be communicated to all desk collectors.
- Conduct refresher training.
- Develop training materials on core training road map or for refreshment that needed by Collection Staff.
- Make documentations of all training activity.
- Evaluate effectiveness of training trough test and feedback.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience in conducting and creating training materials, at least 2 years.
- Basic English, written and verbal.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to make a plan.
- Focusing on deadlines.
- Have experience in collections will be a good addition.
