Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct quality evaluation for Field CRS Agent by doing independent and joint visit based on a particular standard and prepare\analyst reports to provide suggestions for improvements based on the results of the reports.
- Deliver feedback to Field CRS Team Leader based on quality evaluation to improve Field CRS performance.
- Participate in calibration meeting to give information about field visit evaluation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- University degree from any discipline.
- Have 1+ years experience in reated field such as in finance / leaseing.
- Have basic PC skill.
- Has Drive license C.
- Able to learn and accept new information.
- No criminal record.
- Have strong personality.
