Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify and analyze current manual procedure of the selection of eligibility customers for cross-selling product (offline scoring)
- Transform the current manual procedure of the selection of eligibility customers for the cross-selling products (offline scoring) to be automated by using the Business Rule Management System (FICO Blaze)
- Development and implementation scorecard
- Propose changes in the underwriting process
- Ad hoc analysis performance
- Support implementation of monitoring and reporting
- Maintain and test the developed rule strategy of the selection of eligibility customers
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree or above, education background preferably from IT, statistics, information system.
- Have a minimum of 1-year experience as an analyst or developer
- Familiar with Java and SQL programming, Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems
- Ability to work as a part or team
- Strong sense of ownership
- Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure
- Willing to learn new skills
- Able to communicate in English
