1. Handle quality check in and process for operator in Operations Function, provide feedback and solution to help improve the process and performance of operator in Operations Function.
2. Become knowledge holder of selected end to end processes
3. Execute quality checks and process controls on regular basis and provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on Quality Assurance activities and audit results
4.Provide clear and timely feedback to the officers and address all identified issues with relevant supervisor by Quality Report
5. Inform and proactive follow up high risk mistake to team leader
6. Proactive raise up trend issue in operational, inform to floor and implement the solution
7. Make a list of their mistake report, improvement plan, recommendation for the mistakes.
