Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Help Critical Customer Care Team administratively
- As a dispatcher for complaint ticket
- Do updating VIP Complaint email
- Do compile attendance and absence data
- Tandem and training scheduling for new joiner
- Performing routine administrative tasks including dealing with incoming Ad Hoc request
- Assisting the specialist when they needed
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements:
- Accustomed to using Microsoft Excel
- Have good correspondence writing (English or Bahasa)
- Excellent in listening skills, understand exactly what customers need
- Must be able to do multitask
- Willing to work in shift, weekend, and public holiday
- Excellent communication skills
- Good in English Language and Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- Pleasant personality with positive attitude and self-motivated
- Detail oriented and can work under lots of pressure
