Responsibility:

REPORTING & ANALYSIS

• Build simple user management report to capture all key measurement within operations in line with the up- to-date process and SLA measurement.
• challenge current working practices, promote ideas and implement solutions to improve operational and team efficiency and productivity.
• Support Operations with any ad-hoc report presentation or analysis requested from business users
• Calculate incentive based on operators productivity and finalize it to HR in timely manner

WORK FORCE MANAGEMENT

• Update Work Force Management reporting and make analysis of actual vs. forecast
• Work with Managers and TLs in Ops to understand the capacity demands and hiring needs
• provide recommendations to Ops Analyst Asst. Manager on potential productivity improvements areas based on data analysis and resource utilization monitoring

Requirements:

• University degree, preferred in Informatics, Mathematics or Engineering major (can be substituted by extensive relevant experience)
• 2+ years’ experience in Analytical position
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of data collection methodologies, analysis, principles and techniques
• Excellent knowledge of Data Visualization, and SQL programming
• Experience with Oracle Databases

• Good verbal and written communication in English
