Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ask for quotations and assisting in tabulating bids.
- Ensuring all goods and services are purchased on time, to specification, and at the best price available.
- Negotiating with suppliers. Report and seek approval from Procurement Manager before make commitment to vendor.
- Coordinating commitment delivery from vendor and inform Procurement Manager and User.
- Identifying new and alternative sources of supply for products and making recommendations to the Procurement Manager.
- Working as part of a team of sourcing (buyers and procurement managers).
- Work closely with vendors, maintaining positive relationships while negotiating specs, pricing, and deadlines.
- Tackle other buyers workload as per assignment to ensure balance workload. Backup for each other buyers (not only responsible for her/his categories only).
- Responsible for other tasks that will be defined later as per company's needs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree in economics, management, or engineering;
- At least 2 years working experience in related field from big scale company;
- Having experience in Marketing area for handle ( Event, Flyer, Booth, Banner, Gimmick / Souvenir )
- Have knowledge of supply chain, production and processing, customer and personal service, relevant tools and technology, applicable regulations and standards;
- Excelent english communications skills both oral and writing;
- Detail oriented, dependable, and good in administration skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, dynamic and fast-past environment
