Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Execution of CRM campaigns for maximization of customer life time value
- Building Credit Card portfolio campaigns to cover all customer lifecycle stages (activation, on-boarding, usage stimulation, retention)
- Daily monitoring of campaign execution, channels availability and be sure that capacity of channels are utilized according to defined communicational strategy of CRM.
- Creation of new CRM campaigns and communicational task for channels.
- Daily monitoring of campaigns results and execution of regular Campaign Management activities and communicational tasks.
- Ideas generation and providing recommendation for marketing material development
- Prepares business requirement documentation to start and/or improve the system and/or processes within CRM department
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 1+ years working experience in multinational companies
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication English (communication and writing level) and presentation skills;
- Knowledge of financial institution operation or sales operation
- Experience with working with SQL database
