Responsibility :

• Perform Improvement technology for business users related with Telephony and Recording technology to support their business growth
• Ensure that vendors provide their service under appropriate guaranteed Service Level by continuously monitor their services
• Designs and optimizes company Voice infrastructure to achieve high performance, reliability, availability and security
• Tracks and monitors application issues that related with telephony system, analyses incorrect system behavior to provides solution locally or reports it to providers.
• Perform technical evaluations and analysis for Voice infrastructure – data and voice networks, PBX, fixed wireless and mobile phones, fax, voice gateways, call center and contact center solution (e.g. Genesys), recording systems, E1 and SIP trunks, audio and video conferencing to ensure the infrastructure can handle daily operation business users and as preventive activity to minimize problem possibility
• Ensures Voice infrastructure is capable to provide required services, provides capacity analysis as an input for proper planning by monitor it day to day operation
• Reports any deviation/problem/outage to superior and other units, provides regular reporting.
• Ensures the compliance with license and other agreements by monitor user growth, system capacity, and existing agreement with vendors
• Manages projects of implementation of the new systems, upgrades, maintenance fixes and patches in order to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintains Operation Documentation of voip architecture changes and settings to support future change.
• Prepares written materials (e.g. procedures, reports, guidelines, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities and providing guidelines and help for the users.
• Cooperates with Group Architects, Group Security, Group Network department and other IT teams located in Czech Republic and other countries if there any improvement or changes in VOIP Infrastructure
• Cooperates on business continuity and disaster recovery planning to ensure technology in BCP process is functioning.

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree with IT Background
• 2. 5+ years experience in networking (TCP/IP, routing, QoS, VPN, rules) and voice communication (Genesys, PBX management, call center operation support).
• Experienced in complex technical project management, managing various suppliers and partners.
• Knowledge of principles of IT systems, systems architecture, high level of PC skills.
• High initiative, reliable and independent person, high attention to detail.
• Very good level of English, able to communicate on daily basis with foreigners.
