Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for Network of business plan, Sales Strategy & Sales Development to achieve sales target.
- Responsible to Business expansion across Indonesia.
- Creation of Dealer reward & competition.
- Ensure all strategy are reliable in Network.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Prefer Experience from 2W industry Main Dealer Motorcycle / Motor Financing
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (any major)
- Minimum 5++ years of 2W sales/project experience
- Good in English
- Knows of at least 70% of the region in Indonesia & Have a good networking around indonesia
- 2W Sales management experience
- Experience 2+ years in Motor leasing company
- Self-starter and highly motivated to drive and build business
- Have experience in retail channel development
