Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Update Sales Agent database related to attendance, salary deduction, Disciplinary action accurately.
- Providing visibilities of POS Logistic and salesforcemanagement process to Network .
- Monitoring and providing support to all network (CS,DSM,ASM/CM, RSM, HSN) related to sales management area
- Regular audit to all network support and POS LOgistic under supervision to ensure all team do their job based on procedure
- Monitoring and resolve complain and issue from network
- Analyze system capabilities and propose system enhancements to improve productivity, deliver capacity savings, minimize the opportunity for errors and mistakes.
- Utilize system and reporting capabilities to ensure smooth processing of internal tasks and productive performance
- Actively manage staff performance by setting clear objectives and monitoring, coaching and managing
- Coach and share experience with subordinates, identify talent and provide inputs for their training and development programs

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3+ experience in Sales support / Business Support
- English Fluently & Effective communication
- Strong detail administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
- Detail-oriente, Highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous priorities.
- Good interpersonal communication skill
