Homebased Outbound Sales Agent (USA)

JOB TYPE: Full-time
HOURS: 9am to 6pm PST
LOCATION: Remote, however stable connection must be verified
PAY: Php 15,000

Job Description:

• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Requirements:

• PC/Laptop as this is a home based job
• Must have a stable internet connection (10mbps) and reliable backup connection (5mbps)

• Outbound Sales Experience - Cold Calling
• Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of BPO sales outbound is a MUST
• Strong Phone Presence
• Communicates effectively, both written and oral
• Accountable, Motivated, Outgoing and Driven
• Can work with minimal supervision
