Your role:

AffinityX is looking for Quality Assurance Analysts who have an eye for detail and a flair for Quality Control and Quality assurance-related activities. The job holder will be responsible for reviewing the Ads assigned to him/her by the supervisor. 
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, the job holder will be responsible for identifying the errors and tagging the errors as per the quality form and guidelines set. The position requires working closely with the Quality Team leader for all operational and administrative tasks.

What you will do: 
● To follow the Quality procedure, guidelines, and work instructions shared by the management. 
● To identify errors and tag the errors as per the quality checklist. 
● To complete the quality checks assigned to him/her and meet the productivity levels. 
● To focus on error tagging % and external quality targets. 
● To function as a Subject Matter Expert in the process. 
● To verify all ads assigned for analysis and correctly mark them on the form. 
● To identify errors and tag the errors as per the bifurcation list given from time to time. 
● To focus on error tagging accuracy. 
● To work in production as a designer. Deliver a fixed number of ads per month or work on 
production for a fixed number of hours per month. This will help the position holder to 
keep in touch with the process and its requirements. 
● To keep himself/herself updated on all new process updates, process flow, and information. 
● Ensure the design is built as per the input/instructions provided by the client. 
● Review the design, spelling, grammar, font, and text alignment of the creative design built by 
the designers. 
● To be responsible for a set of designers and provide timely one-on-one feedback to the designers assigned to him/her. The feedback should be provided as per the instructions given by the supervisor from time to time. The feedback should be documented and accepted by the designer. 
● Assist the Quality Assurance Team Lead in resolving inspection, audit, or revision evaluation disputes, maintaining quality records, performing root cause analysis, and identifying and implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve performance.
