The Quezon City Polytechnic was created on March 1, 1994 by virtue of the City Council Ordinance No. SP-171 an institution to primarily undertake the training and development of qualified technicians and skilled workers.

	<li>Act as Deputy of Facilities Department and Officer-In-Charge in the absence of the Property Manager</li>
	<li>Implement repairs and maintenance-related concern of all properties of the company and the owner</li>
	<li>Responsible for daily maintenance, inspection, monitoring and operation of the common area including all machineries and equipment of specific properties to ensure uninterrupted service to the company and tenants</li>
	<li>Handle technical problems and concern's of the company's tenants and company-owned buildings</li>
	<li>Provide technical support to ensure timely compliance of building permits and other regulatory requirements</li>
	<li>Assist the property manager on reportorial requirements in DENR relation to Pollution Control Officer responsibility</li>
	<li>Ensure proper implementation of preventive maintenance program of properties of the company </li>
	<li>Provides recommendation for special projects and improvements of company properties</li>
	<li>In charge of project implementation and completion</li>
	<li>Review signing of plans, designs and other documents related to his/her field or area of expertise</li>
</ul>

Facilities Officer

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for the following:

<ul>
	<li>Present company and product profile to possible customers</li>
	<li>Respond to customer inquiries</li>
	<li>Submit accreditation requirements</li>
	<li>Prepare and submit proposals</li>
	<li>Coordinate with different departments for shipment of orders</li>
	<li>Coordinate with client for delivery of orders</li>
	<li>Assist accounting for collection of payments and/or billing disputes.</li>
	<li>Conduct after Sales Service in a timely manner</li>
