	<li>Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing quality service, responding quickly to questions or concerns, and ensuring fulfillment of contractual commitments.       </li>
	<li>Manage various projects or initiatives related to key accounts, such as new product launches, promotional campaigns, or training programs.                                        </li>
	<li>Plan and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving sales targets and business growth with key accounts.                                         </li>
	<li>Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and direct appropriate sales strategies.                                        </li>
	<li>Coordinate with various internal departments, such as marcomm, customer service, and operational, to ensure key account needs are well met.                                        </li>
	<li>Conduct periodic reporting on key account performance, sales strategy effectiveness, and market trends to Manager.</li>
