What You'll Do:

Project Specifications and Estimates

<ul>
	<li>Reviews product design documentation to ensure that requirements stated are correct.</li>
	<li>Defines test methods including test coverage and create test plans for new or updated software projects to determine if it will perform accurately and reliably according to documented requirements.</li>
	<li>Understands the requirement and prioritizes the tasks to set accurate deadline.</li>
	<li>Creates Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), scenario Matrix to design functional tests that verify requirements and validate functionality.</li>
	<li>Creates any test type scenario (as needed).</li>
</ul>

Quality Assurance

<ul>
	<li>Executes test plans and reports bugs, usability, and performance issues.</li>
	<li>Creates or/and prepares test data in order to execute testing.</li>
	<li>Creates test reports and complete test deliverables to describe program evaluation, testing and correction.</li>
	<li>Creates bug tickets and maintains its data base to analyze them.</li>
	<li>Conducts any test type (compatibility test) if needed.</li>
	<li>Recommends design improvements or corrections to engineers throughout the development process.</li>
	<li>Discusses, recommends and implements new trends/techniques/technology on testing and quality assurance.</li>
	<li>Creates automation test scripts and executes (as needed).</li>
	<li>Creates security tests and executes.</li>
	<li>Creates performance tests, executes and make recommendations based on the results.</li>

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. Responsibilities

	<li>Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps</li>
	<li>Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets</li>

	<li>Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like</li>
	<li>Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile.</li>
	<li>Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)</li>
	<li>Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders</li>
	<li>Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)</li>
	<li>Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback</li>
	<li>Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images</li>
	<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process</li>
	<li>Participate in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.</li>
	<li>Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.</li>
	<li>Research and track advancements in web and mobile application design patterns.</li>
	<li>Break any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.</li>
