<h2>Credit Card Transactions</h2>

<ul>
	<li>Record Amex/ Brex credit card transactions.</li>
	<li>Reconcile Amex/ Brex credit card payables. Identify and resolve any reconciling items on a timely basis.</li>
	<li>Accrue for credit card rebates as necessary. Track and report on available rebate</li>
</ul>

<h2>Receivables</h2>

<ul>
	<li>Assist in reconciling receivables for our durable medical equipment company, including matching funds received against outstanding customer/ insurance receivables.</li>

<h2>Prepaids </h2>

<ul>
	<li>Ensure that prepaid is set up appropriately by reviewing invoices, and ensuring that prepaid is set up in FloQast using the appropriate amortization period, account, and amortization account destination. </li>
	<li>Reconcile prepaid accounts to the general ledger every month. Identify and resolve any reconciling items on a timely basis.</li>

<h2>Fixed and Intangible Assets</h2>

	<li>Reconcile intangible asset/ accumulated amortization accounts every month, ensuring the sub-ledger agrees to Netsuite.</li>
	<li>Assist in Fixed Asset projects as necessary.</li>

<h2>General Tasks </h2>

	<li>Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable</li>
	<li>Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results</li>

Sr. Accountant

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to assist with the invoicing and collections at ThriveDX. The ideal candidate for this position will be a skilled AR Specialist responsible for processing all routine and non-routine payments, reconciling student and university accounts, working with Student Success Team and Universities to collect overdue payments, and assisting with other related duties as noted below. The AR Specialist will also be responsible for executing related internal control standards, developing analytical reports to support daily operations, and ensuring the integrity of all departmental work.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
