Field Campaign Representative bertugas mengenalkan program konservasi alam kepada masyarakat secara luas dan mengajak sedikitnya satu orang pendukung/donor setiap harinya untuk mendukung kegiatan konservasi alam yang dilakukan oleh YKAN dengan menjadi donor dalam program donasi individual yang berkelanjutan. Dalam melakukan penggalangan dana, Field Campaign Representative bekerja secara profesional sesuai dengan kode etik.

 
Tugas meliputi:

	<li>Merekrut minimal satu donor berkelanjutan disetiap harinya.</li>
	<li>Memberikan laporan berkala kepada Team Leader (TL).</li>
	<li>Membangun hubungan baik dan memberikan informasi dengan jelas kepada calon donor.</li>
	<li>Melakukan media promosi program YKAN dengan cara tatap muka secara langsung.</li>
	<li>Mencapai target yang disepakati dengan rencana terjadwal.</li>
	<li>Membangun, mengembangkan dan memelihara hubungan yang positif dengan donatur perihal komplain dan masalah dalam memaksimalkan kepuasan donor.</li>
	<li>Terus menerus meningkatkan skill dengan pelatihan setiap harinya.</li>

	<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within key accounts, such as senior management, buyers, and key decision-makers; </li>
	<li>Formulate and implement business strategies aimed at achieving sales and growth objectives with key accounts. Includes identifying opportunities, setting goals, and directing sales efforts to achieve desired results;</li>

	<li>Strategize and plan all offline projects.</li>
	<li>Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the customer base.</li>
	<li>Responsible for the accuracy of offline SKU requirement projections (forecasting).</li>
	<li>Develop and maintain sales systems for all stores to be more effective and efficient.</li>
	<li>Forecast &amp; review business projections and sales targets.</li>
	<li>Manage the use of marketing budget &amp; margin in accordance with the target.</li>
	<li>Responsible for Negotiation and Barter with offline B2B partners.</li>
	<li>Achieve monthly sales target and outbound product quantity in offline channel</li>

B. Communication Create initiative communication with designs (posters, book and gimmicks) that connects to IT Information Security.

C. Product Do in depth analysis/ auditing for app, system, technology and infrastructure (H/W, S/W, Network). Create initiative project/ new project for IT Information Security improvements. Do research about how to make applicable (easy to apply) configure &amp; settings in apps, technology, infrastructure (H/W, S/W, Network) Hardenings. Act as the coordinator in anything that connects to project initiative/ IT products. Coordinate patch updates start from testing to production with related parties.

D. Deployment Execute to increase the version and make sure all version is up implemented in all servers.
