What will you be doing?

You'll be instrumental in driving AtisfyReach's growth by leading Sales activities, managing the sales pipeline, ensuring a direct path from lead generation to successful deal closure. Your role is crucial in executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with potential clients, and clearly communicating the distinct advantages of our influencer platform to achieve conversions. A critical aspect of your role will be your skill in sales negotiation and your demonstrated capacity to independently close deals, boosting revenue and reinforcing our market position. With your strategic acumen and dedication to sales excellence, you're expected not just to meet, but surpass sales objectives, thereby consolidating AtisfyReach's standing in the market and propelling our mission to transform influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

	<li>Execute a comprehensive sales strategy that targets both immediate wins and long-term growth targets and aligns with the company's overarching business development objectives.</li>
	<li>Take an active role in industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to broaden the company’s network among key influencers and decision-makers.</li>
	<li>Use your established network proactively to uncover and capitalize on sales opportunities, driving strategic business expansion.</li>
	<li>Proactively identify sales opportunities and potential partnerships through research, networking, and active industry engagement.</li>
	<li>Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, implementing data-driven strategies to enhance the sales funnel’s efficiency and conversion rates.</li>
	<li>Guide potential clients through the sales process, addressing their questions and customizing solutions to meet their specific needs and requirements.</li>
	<li>Reach out to potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to generate leads and spark engagement.</li>
	<li>Drive the negotiation and successful closure of strategic partnerships and deals, contributing to the company's market position and revenue growth.</li>
	<li>Monitor and report on sales performance against targets, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.</li>
	<li>Implement best practices in sales operations to streamline processes and improve efficiency.</li>
	<li>Keep CRM systems updated with detailed records of prospect interactions, feedback, and emerging business development leads.</li>
	<li>Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with marketing campaigns and product innovations are informed by market needs and customer feedback.</li>
	<li>Establish strong internal communication channels to ensure key insights and learnings are shared across the organization.</li>
	<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends to effectively address client queries and nurture ongoing relationships, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of best practices in influencer marketing, digital marketing, and sales.</li>

In our classes, we help children take the first step into the world of IT and develop their math knowledge by playfully teaching them and finding an individual approach to each child using a unique methodology and specifically developed online platform.

Placement : WFH/WFA/Remote

Main Job :

<ul>
	<li>Conduct Trial Class/Demo Class for a kid and their parent</li>
	<li>Selling Algorithmics courses</li>
	<li>Follow up clients after Trial Class if the negotiation have not yielded results</li>
</ul>

Working Days :

<ul>
	<li>5 days/week (Ability to commit with Day Off on Weekdays is a plus)</li>
	<li>Must be able to work on Weekends (Fully is a plus)</li>
	<li>Must be able to take the minimum number of trial class as per Company rules</li>
</ul>

Working Hours :

<ul>
	<li>8 hours/day (7 hours of work and 1 hour of break time)</li>
	<li>We have slots recommendation, you may choose your own start work time and end work time within this hour range :
	<ul>
		<li>Weekdays : 2 PM - 10 PM in Western Indonesia Time</li>
		<li>Weekends : 9 AM - 10 PM in Western Indonesia Time</li>
