	<li>Ensures linguists' availability and capacity to be able to meet the clients Service Level Requirement.</li>
	<li>Maintains an accurate record of linguist profile, rates and assignment prioritization rating.</li>
	<li>Develops a strategy on effectively pooling linguist applicants and validating their qualifications.</li>
	<li>Ensures linguist satisfaction by identifying their needs and providing support as necessary.</li>
	<li>Controls monthly project cost by effectively negotiating rates with linguists and monitoring accounts payables.</li>
