Job Description
Main Responsibility:
Manage region Sumatra, Manage Agency owner/manager to ensure the best performance and quality agency team are achieved. Propose improvement in agencies and collection process.
Key Responsibility:
- Monitoring recovery rate outregion performance and do an enhancement if needed
- Analyze the collection numbers and set up the target for Team member and ensure every target assign is accordingly
- Review mapping area for collector to improve the efficiency of field crs agent performance
- Review allocated and withdrawal account to collector and ensure every account is being handled properly and witin agreed timeline.
- Monthly visit to outregion to gather information about field crs activity and issue.
- Monthly meeting with the team to find solution for every problem (if needed)
- Create new policy for all the process (SOP) in field CRS area to control and ensure every process is align with company regulation
- Prepare calculation of incentive based on team member achievement and ensure all calculation is accordingly
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field collection in Banking/Multi Finance
- Legal Collection Experience with other Finance Companies/Bank
