Ensure the execution of the Company's sourcing & procurement strategy in procuring IT commodities including but not limited to IT Hardware, IT Software, License, IT Services and IT Peripherals, starting from sourcing, bidding, negotiation until contract management/ PO issuance.

• Managing end-to-end procurement process to procure IT commodities starting from sourcing process, contracting/ PO issuance, maintaining vendor relationships, evaluating performance until risk management.
• Lead IT supplier selection and negotiations, review vendor contracts, ensure the most advantageous pricing, terms, discounts, allowances, quality, delivery, and service; address business unit complaints, requests, and questions and resolve within guidelines.
• Acting as business advisor by providing insight to stakeholders on IT commodities to secure the best deals, and identify new and alternative suppliers.
• As Change Manager: influence internal stakeholders positively by delivering value proposition, optimize resources spend (work time and cost), and co-create the to-be situation.
• Develop and/or update sourcing and procurement policies and procedures. Identify opportunities for continuous improvements in the company’s procurement operations.

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• At least 3 years experience as an IT strategic sourcing, procurement and buyer
• Experienced in financial industries is preferred
• Good communication in English both speaking and writting
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, agile and dynamic environment.
