Job Description
- Memastikan Field Collection dibawahnya Submit 1st report visit sebelum jam 9.00 waktu setempat.
- Membuat target dan komunikasikan TARGET HARIAN ke Field Collector.
- Memberikan hints tambahan untuk kontrak prospek dan memastikan pembayaran harian FC bisa sesuai dengan target hariannya atau lebih.
- Submit dan menyusun update harian termasuk kontrak prospek harian ke SPV.
- Menjadi orang pertama yang paling mengerti dan memahami portfolio kontrak dari team dibawahnya dan menyusun datanya.
- Memahami pembaruan harian tim tangan pertama (situasi, lokasi, dan pergerakan).
- Memantau dengan cermat aktivitas individu frontliner di siang hari.
- Memantau secara ketat aktifitas Field Collection setiap harinya.
- Memastikan team memenuhi target mingguan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Kandidat harus memiliki setidaknya Gelar Diploma/Sarjana.
- Setidaknya 1 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang collection & recovery.
- Pelamar harus bersedia bekerja di Jakarta dan pernah bekerja di Jakarta.
- Mampu mengelola tim lebih dari 10 orang.
- Detail oriented.
