Job Description
- Prepare payment in internet banking and deal forex with Bank
- Prepare financial journal
- Maintain several bank account and AR
- Input transactions into SAP (ERP)
- Prepare reconciliation bank, Balance sheet recon
- Maintain loan schedule and do the payment on time
- Involved in monthly closing OJK with tight schedule
- Prepare data for external audit, Funding Team, and headquarter
- Build good relationship with bank parnter
- Administration task related with opening new bank account, update specimen, loan drawdown, transfer bank, forex transaction, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Fresh Graduate with experience in internships from a reputable university is welcome.
- Required language(s): Proficient in English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Willing to adapt to any quick changes
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
- Advance in computer skills
- Good communication skills
