Job Description
- Provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities, including in HR related administrative activities
- Responsible for supporting CRM Operation in a variety of ways including , communications, scheduling, data entry, support services.
- In liason with Human Resources Department in completing paperwork related to Performance Review
- Confirming attendance (including attending, sickness, leave, absent, etc) of Operator
- Reporting selling activity of TL, QA, Trainer on weekly basis to CRM Operation Management
Minimum Qualifications
- Having at least 1 year working experience in the same field
- Good comunication skill
- Able to speak in English
- Organized and detailed-oriented
- Able to work multitasking
- Positive attitude
