Job Description
- The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP HCM modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Design, configuration and testing in SAP HCM Modules.
- Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need
- Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP HCM, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP HCM products to clients.
- Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures
- Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others; provides direction and leadership
- Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices.
- Manage or participate in SAP HCM implementations
- Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
- Business Blue Print drafting
- Help to analyze business proceses and propose solution in SAP based on experience
- Communication with business users - testing, change, request definition
- 1st Level support onsite
- Analysis of new requirements
- Solution poposal
- UAT for new system modifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Has proven track record in SAP Implementation especially in HCM Functional Consultant.
- Has 5 years more experiences with the proven track and portfolios related to specific SAP HCM Modules (Organization Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll)
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with FIORI is an advantage
- Designing technical specification by looking at the functional specification received.
- Develop technical & understand functional specifications
- Support functional consultants in designing solutions for the gaps identified
- Perform code review and single point of contact for all ABAP developments.
- Have strong hands-on knowledge in ABAP technologies viz. Interactive
- Reporting, Dialog Programming, BAPI, RFC, SAP Scripts, Smartforms, ALE/IDocs, Interface Programming, BDC, Workflow and Data Conversions.
- Responsible for Technical analysis, designing, reviews, testing an implementation of SAP developments, ranging from small enhancements to large projects
- Ensure compliance to existing, and development of required data and reporting standards.
- Support production configuration and assist in functional change requests.
- Support business implementations by sharing best practice development skills.
