Job Description

  • Taking care of My Home Credit APP growth, app retention, and engagement
  • Translate business goals into efficient digital marketing strategies and drive growth for the organization
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing; controlling and allocating channel spends, improving overall & channel ROI, and CAC
  • Taking care of user acquisition, engagement & retention through various marketing activities
  • Ownership of strategy and execution for all paid digital channels including search, display, PPC campaigns, programmatic, video, affiliates etc.
  • Working closely with marketing team & other stakeholders to execute campaigns & drive performance
  • Developing and maintaining close partnerships with FB, Google, and other key partners to derive business benefits.
  • Constantly finding new ways to grow overall online brand presence, impact, by utilizing the full range of digital assets, technologies available.
  • Execution of all brand and remarketing campaigns on digital channels in addition to performance & acquisition campaigns
  • Own measurement, reporting and analysis of digital marketing channels & campaigns and translate the same into impact on key business measures
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Minimum Qualifications

Home Credit Indonesia is looking for a Digital Marketing Enthusiast to join our company. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead Digital Marketing for our Mobile APP, Mobile APP Awareness, ASO, Performance Marketing and Mobile Marketing. You will be responsible for shaping the strategy, planning, executing 360 degree marketing campaigns for My Home Credit Mobile APP. You will define both the long-term strategy and short term plans to achieve the vision and deliver business results. The ideal candidate will be innovative, team oriented, an effective communicator, have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of demonstrated and progressive success, with broad, multi-channel experience in display advertising, online marketing, search marketing & mobile APP marketing for an e-commerce, finance or technology management
  • Preferably someone who has an exposure to E-commerce/Startup experience
  • Familiarity with traffic metrics and reporting
  • Extreme attention to detail, relentlessly high standards and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Communication and analytic skills, including strong ability to identify and solve highly ambiguous problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
