Job Description
- Assist Operational Risk Senior Manager in driving the implementation effectiveness of Advance Operational Risk Management (AORM) throughout the Company, by planning, executing, and delivering creative, effective, and continues Operational Risk awareness and culture campaign.
- Mastering and implementing Advance Operational Risk Management (AORM) as per Operational Risk Policy and Procedure, align with Group and Regulator. Conduct analysis on which Assumable Universe to be reviewed (get supporting data from relevant party i.e. findings from internal audit, LDC report, exception from RCSA Control Testing, etc.).
- Planning, executing, and delivering creative, effective, and continues Operational Risk awareness and culture campaign to all employees, including Function Head, Department Head, Risk COR, Internal Audit, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Min 3 years working experience in areas: Learning/training/public relation/creative designer/talent development/creative communication.
- Experience with Learning/training/public relation/creative designer/talent development
- Event & Project Management skills.
- Good understanding recent trend of training methods.
- Good understanding of Ms. Excel and Ms. PowerPoint
- Willing to work in a challenging environment with tight deadline
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
