Job Description
- Mastering and implementing Advance Operational Risk Management (AORM) as per Operational Risk Policy and Procedure, align with Group and Regulator.
- Planning, executing, and delivering creative, effective, and continues Operational Risk awareness and cultur campaign to all employees, including Function Head, Department Head, Risk COR, Internal Audit, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
- Min 3 years working experience in areas: Learning/training/public relation/creative designer/talent development/creative communication.
- Understand recent trend of training methods.
- Tech Savvy.
- Good English proficiency.
- Target oriented with minimum supervision.
- Willing to work in a challenging environment with tight deadline.
- Excellent communication skill.
