Job Description
- Collection Agencies and External collection support:
- Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring agencies and external FCs performance and do an enhancement if needed
- Make control and good relationship with agencies to ensure that agency have done their responsibility, administration issues
- Ensure recruitment process for agencies in line with procedure
- Analyze and create new incentive processes, motivation schemes, fees compensations
- Trainings and Quality, Customer Experience
- Achievement:
- Create new policy of external collection agentive and FCs support, reporting, presentations, business trips (all regions of Indonesia),
- Create new policy for incentive calculation and fees compensation (external agencies and field collectors)
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in banking / financial company as Supervisor / Asst. Manager
- English proficiency, both verbal and writing
- Strong analytical skills
- Detailed orientation
- Able to work under pressure

- Excellent communication skill
- Ability to derive information from minimal resources
