We are looking for a highly effective Drupal Developer to join our team. This person will utilize best practices and methodologies to design and implement the best solution for our clients. This individual will be focused on delivering assigned tasks and/or specific tracks of the solution on time, escalating issues when appropriate as well as educating and leading others in the form of code reviews, workshops, and documentation.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide advanced-level development and documentation skills.
• Assist in the conceptual and technical design, using object-oriented design techniques.
• Assist with the estimation of development tasks.
• Independently manage individual time and tasks.

• At least 4 years of hands-on DRUPAL development experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Drupal module development experience in a professional environment.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design and principles.
• Good working knowledge of SQL.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and XML.
• Familiarity with developing responsive web and/or mobile applications.
• Skilled at developing solutions that are both consumer-facing, but also provide for essential back-office tools for production, management, reporting and analytics.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively participate in the product development and project management processes.
• Experience with agile methodologies is desirable.
