- Research and analyze market trends to determine market needs and opportunity for HC business
- Analysis and reporting regular market share report and macroeconomy update
- Conduct competitive research and competitor monitoring for all product lines
- Provide support for marketing research throughout range of initiatives
- Consult and develop relations with marketing, product, commercial and network team to identify research needs and execute recommendations.
- Interpreting data, writing reports, and making actionable recommendations
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Holds a Bachelor/Master degree from reputable university in business, statistics, mathematics or economy
- Min 4 years experience within the market research industry
- Experience conducting research projects, including designing studies and analyzing data, and an interest in keeping up with new trends and developments in research best practices
- Posses practical of quantitative and/or qualitative research techniques and methodologies knowledge
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once, meet tight deadlines, and manage regularly shifting priorities.
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS/SAS and online survey platform
- Good interpersonal skills. communication, team-player
- Open minded, willing to learn and try new approaches
- Consistency, accuracy and attention to detail
- Empathy and ability to understand view points of people with different cultural, social and educational background
- Fluent in English and Bahasa both written and verbal is a must.
