Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manage all office supply, stock inventory and services to ensure timely fulfillment of all staff and POS requests
- Monitor regional office to ensure the cleanliness of the office
- Oversee physical security of the building, distribute access cards and maintain accurate visitors log
- Handle incoming, outgoing mail and fax, escalate and forward to Direct Superior so that every request and issue is handle properly
- Provides reporting on all office services and supplies to GA Team Leader and City manager to be used as a source of information about existing situation and process and future improvement
- Responsibility for handling petty cash usage to cover any unexpected or immediate needs in regional city
- Coordinate with GA Team Leader for maintenance and repairation work in the city
- Monitor attendance and overtimes for outsourced staff and escalate the information to GA Team Leader as a source for determining and managing the outsourced staff performance
- Coordinate with Senior GA Officer in monitoring and labeling all physical assets categorization, all asset transfer and refurbishment process to identify the value of asset and next action plan for physical asset in term of cost asset depresiation
- Respond and monitor requests received via GA helpdesk to ensure timely fulfillment of all requests and meet of SLAs for maintenance requests
- Responsibility for handling petty cash
Trình độ tối thiểu
- University (bachelor) degree from any major ;
- Having 3+ years of experience in General Affair;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Keen to work in BATAM
