Responsibility

• Performing technical evaluations, analysis, troubleshooting, and inspect on cloud as core infrastructure components across the entire stack : hardware, software, and network.
• Design, implement, and deploy performance enhancement and tuning
• Improve, innovate and create enhancements to existing cloud infrastructure processes and policies related ranging from provision, usage, monitoring, and accountability.
• Ensure continuous cloud optimization on existing process including lowering the cost, improving efficiency and operational management.
• Capture, analyse, troubleshoot, and fix issues related to the compute, storage and network infrastructure in cloud
• Carry out operational tasks such as backups, code management, configuration compliance, reporting, environmental and performance management while adhering to security policies.
• Minimizes activities with a negative impact on operation; maintenance windows are always discussed with the affected departments.
• Reports any deviation/problem/outage to superior and other units, provides regular reporting.
• Create, maintain, and implement detailed documentation, system inventories, operation documentation of architecture and settings.
• Ensures the compliance with license and other agreements, defines local standards, ensures the global standards are met.
• Follow IT Service Management best practices for all service functions focusing on incident management and change management

Requirement

• Highly effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively and comfortably present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Linux Server in virtualized environments.
• Experienced in Windows server and Linux system administration, networking and security
• Have a clear understanding of cloud computing services/deployment architecture.
• Experience in Public Cloud deployment and administration, especialli Azure & AWS
• Experience on handling the problems and overcome the servers and networks
• High level of presentation, calculation, data manipulation, troubleshooting, and maintain security documentation and compliance.
