Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Cooperate with PPO, Procurement and rollout teams to provide options for new offices and evaluate them
- Cooperate with Procurement on selecting vendors for new offices refurbishment
- Create and review seating plans and office arrangment based on user request to accomodate user need
- Review vendor's detailed plans and layouts and ensure it will accomodate company best interest.
- Provide office design and layout and owner estimation for office refurbishment works
- Project management, supervision and quality check and coordination of refurbishment contractors work to ensure all the work is done properly.
- Sourcing and survey for new office alternatives
- Provide all required information regarding office prospect for feasibility study and business proposal
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A Bachelor's Degree in any major;
- Min. 2 years of working experience;
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project;
- Highly competent in Project Management;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Fluent in English
