Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Design processes to support activities related to change / new of process in Operation, impacted by Corporate Project/ Other Function initiative, such as preparation
- Update new process documentation, preparation checklist
- Perform process socialization and settlement of process issue before and during the implementation
- Perform preparation of new/adjustment process in OPS to support the related initiative
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor Degree in any major, preferably in Management, Industrial Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in process management with multifinance background
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Word, Excel
- Proficient in English
- Project Management knowledge
- Business process management
- Industry standards knowledge
- Experience with designing, documenting and implementing processes
