Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manage all BAU activities in QA (reviewer, improvement)
- Manage project/initiatives’ impact to QA : Analyze new processes, identify process risks, define quality thresholds, design and implement mitigating controls, quality checks and sampling methodology
- Monitor quality checks and process controls on regular basis and provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on Quality Assurance activities and audit results
- Working with other Operations team (Floor, Process, Trainers, Analyst) at all stages to promote services excellent, and also continuous improvement
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Proven experience in process quality control and measurement for retail banking, consumer finance, insurance company, call center provider or shared services company
- Strong positive attitude and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience leading a team
- A Problem solver
- Process Oriented, Analytical, Structured Thinking, and Innovator
- Fluent in English
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
