Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manage fraud investigator working unit and ensure all the fraud case is investigated properly, align with current policy and SLA.
- Conduct antifraud training for new hire in Anti fraud team so that every new hire have thorough knowledge about the current process in Antifraud
- Manage portfolio and review on sample finding fraud indication done by External and Internal Staff
- Manage AF Weekly summary of investigation and case finding to give information to the management about investigation progress on each antifraud case.
- Manage monthly report maintaining to find out fraud trend and reported to Head of Fraud
- Review and monitoring process on other related function to make sure they do proper process and not breach any company regulation
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
- 3+ years experience in banking/ financial field with related function (data review and Antifraud)
- Data analisa
- Detailed orientation
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong analytical skill
- Excellent communication skill
- Ability to derive information from minimal resources
