- Customer Orientation
- Handle complains and requests from customer via all social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Line)
- Escalate the customer issues
- Identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Preparing daily report of customer complains
- Willing to work and handle all social media during weekend/shift
- Responsible for customer service and marketing event
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum of D3 graduate from any major
- Flexible and creative thinking, able to adapt and adjust with customer conditions and requirement.
- Active user of social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Good Interpersonal skills and team player
- Hardworking and detail-oriented
- Possess a good command of English up to conversational level
- Can thrive under high pressure
