Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manage and lead training team to perform best training ( session, material, content ) to Collection business
- To perform high value quality of trainers
- To support the business target as ours target
- To understand business needs in Training and learning development
- To ensure that we have high quality standard material and content
- To Collaborate and align to other business unit function due to training execution and accomplishment
- To be master knowledge for the team by continuously learning
- To innovate new method of learning and beneficial (example: e-learning, video, etc)
- To ensure the core value of HCI is understand and applied
- To perform good and positive attitude as role model to the team and groom leaders.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Handle big size team
- Structured, logical, and driven person
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
