Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Objective (Purpose of the Job):
- To expedite our time-to-market of Development Process, no depend on Marketing Team anymore.
- To increase the productivity of the DEV Team in regards to the design UI and UX, which related to the Digital Initiatives: Online, Paperless, and Mobile
Work Relations with others:
- He/she will collaborate with the DEV Team to perform the Agile Development.
- He/she will establish the UI/UX Standard to be implemented across the Dev Team.
- He/she will also coordinate with other related Departments (eg. Marketing, etc) in accomplishing his/her tasks in UI/UX.
Responsibilities:
- Proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio and demonstrable UX/UI design skills
- Solid experience in creating wire-frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Trình độ tối thiểu
- He/she has proven track record in developing and designing UI/UX, And have the ability to mplement it into the applications. Not only Graphic Designers.
- 4 years more experiences with the proven track and portfolios related to UI/UX Designers.
- UI/UX Web Design
- HTML/CSS/jQUery/JavaScript
- Familiar with Node.JS and Bootstrap are the plus point.
- Fluency in English.
