Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- To ensure all incoming cases that received from all fraud channels are investigated by AF Investigators and done within SLA
- To check all cases that investigated by AF Investigator are fulfilled the investigation step
- To ensure the investigators are understand the purpose of investigation
- Monitoring Fingerprint, Welcome Call, Suspicious Document, Hotline Fraud, Complaint, GSPN – AF Tools.
- Monitoring verification process by CE & Ops UW
- Checking the sales training quality by standard guidance
- Liaise with QA from other related department to order to improve anti-fraud strategy
- To contribute and assist in regularly reviewing and updating procedures and to assist in the development and implementation of procedures as required.
- Monitoring that all the investigation results conducted by AF Investigatos (Completed & deliver to department which requires the result)
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree.
- Risk / Fraud background would be advantage.
- At least 1 year experience as a Quality Assurance review for solution design and process improvement.
- Having strong analytical skills.
- Having logical approach for process improvement.
- Good interpersonal Skill.
- Excellent communication in English.
