- Development of MIS tools
- Design and maintanance of online monitoring tools for dialer to support realtime business decisions.
- Development and maintanance of dialer reporting.
- Design, development and maintanance of team database objects and structure.
- Technical management of the CRS dialer.
- Optimization of dialing parameters.
- Monitoring of port requirement for dialer.
- Manage long term licensing requirements to cover business predictions.
- Performance monitoring and evaluation of various providers.
- Ad-hoc data analysis.
- Preparation of ad-hoc analysis of dialer.
- Data support of decision making for management
- Reporting to management.
- Maintain and prepare daily reports for management.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor or university degree without any specific major.
- Good analytical thinking.
- Data analysis experience.
- Algorithmic thinking.
- Fluent English both written and spoken.
- Programing experience (Python, R, C, VBA or any scripting language).
- Background in statistics and mathematical modeling.
- Knowledge in telecomunications.
- Well versed in Ms Excel
