Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible to the management and development of Risk Management Framework and key risks limits. Develop governance process to ensure key risks are properly monitored under target limit.
- Manage Outsourcing Risk (Third Party Risk) Management policy and involves in outsourcing risk due diligence process. This includes responsibility to ensure outsourcing are monitored by business unit in a timely manner and preparation of regular/annual outsourcing report.
- Manage Change Management risk and involve in risk assessment for change management process. This includes assisting Enterprise Risk Lead on improvement over the policy & procedure.
- Involves in new initiative and project to develop Enterprise Risk Management.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor Degree. Preferable in Business Management / Finance / Accounting.
- 4-5 years experience in Operational Risk Management / Enterprise Risk Management / Risk & Control / Internal Audit / Process Management.
- Min. Risk Management Certification Level 2.
- MS Excel knowledge (Basic)
- MS Powerpoint knowledge (Intermediate)
- MS Word knowledge (Basic)
- English – written and verbal (Advance)
